Our company, IEM Co., Ltd, was established as a designing subsidiary of Shipbuilding and Offshore division (currently IHI Marine United Corp.) of Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries Co., Ltd (currently IHI Corp.) in 1992.
Since then, we have provided the design service and engineering support of Ships & Offshore Structures etc. for almost 20 years.
In addition to that, since establishment of the company, our management philosophy is that human resources, who can contribute to the development of the society through our technology in the field of the ship and offshore, are our only and great asset, and in order to meet the customer’s expectation, we have worked to develop and ensure the human resources to make it possible, as well as tackling a variety of issues aggressively.

We will continue to endeavor to improve ourselves with utmost effort so that we can offer the better service to our customers without breaking pace in future.
