Regarding the steel plates purchased, arrangement work of
numerous free-form parts with good yield rate (nesting) has
been mainly conducted manually in the past.
This system realized the automation of this kind of manual
work by the unique algorithm (FINEST) to accomplish the
maximum yield rate, thereby, bringing significant benefits to reduce the man-hours and to boost yield.
In addition, the function of material handling is incorporated in the system to determine the size of steel plate for purchasing.
This system outputs the information required for the bending work upon computer quantifying the heat positions or heat conditions by unique analysis methodology which were once the know-how of veteran workers.
