Structural/Numerical analysis

We offer coherent analyses technologies from FEM model creation up to the calculation, study of reinforcement and creation of the reports, leveraging the experience and technology that we have developed over many years. We can respond to the wide range of analyses from the static analysis up to non-linear analysis and transient response analysis, using the MSC Patran as pre-processor, and ZPLATE*1, MD Nastran as analysis solvers. And also, we own the Unigraphics、Solidworks of three-dimensional CAD, and conduct the three-dimensional solid shape creation as well as FEM model creation.

Ships & Offshore

We have a good track record of various types of ships in the field of Ships & Offshore Structure and conduct many kinds of FEM analysis such as whole ship analysis, detailed analysis, vibration analysis etc. In addition, we conduct the ship strength analysis applied CSR as well and provide the service from FEM model creation up to the calculation, evaluation, study of the reinforcement and the creation of reports coherently.

Aero Engine and Space

We can respond to various analyses from linear static analysis such as axis  vibration response analysis, vibration response analysis of accessory parts/piping etc. up to transient response analysis. Regarding the axis vibration analysis, we can also respond to the vibration response analysis etc. with consideration for the contact between the rotating part and stationary part due to the unbalanced force, by use of the rotor dynamics function of MD Nastran.

 

Industrial Machine

Water gate equipment(gate leaf)  We are conducting the analyses of various types of structures such as water gate equipment, industrial machine (the crane, compressor etc.), various plants (the blast furnace etc.), precision instrument etc. and provide a wide range of analyses technologies from static analysis up to vibration response analysis.
